New System FAQ’s

What is the new system?

We are so excited to announce that very soon we will be launching an all-new online bookings
system. The system will include features such as a personalised parent portal to track your child’s
skill progression and all bookings within your family at any time from your own device.


Why are you changing?

At Rec Alley we endeavour to ensure our systems and processes are user-friendly and functional.
Change is necessary for progress, and we believe that by implementing this new online bookings
system we will be able to focus on what matters; creating a fun and inclusive environment for our
participants to enjoy the sport of gymnastics, to learn and to grow!


What do I need to do?

All you need to do is complete the Update Your Details form (found here) and we’ll do the rest.


How does this affect my booking/membership?

There will be no changes to your current booking (class/day/time), as your booking details will be
transferred from MindBody to the new system.


What are the benefits?

Our new online bookings system will systemise administrative tasks for both staff and customers,
ensuring we are providing the highest level of service with the consumer and participant in mind.
This includes our favourite part: you very own online parent portal where you can track your child’s
progression, update your own details, and make changes to your booking!


What personal details will be transferred?

The information provided in the update your details form along with payment information will be
transferred through an encrypted portal to the new system. All current bookings with Rec Alley
Gregory Hills and Minto will remain the same.


When is the new system launching?

Monday 14 November, 2022! All active members have been sent a launch email with the details
(31/10/2022).


What are the billing changes?

We are moving from Ezidebit to Payrix. Direct debits will remain as fortnightly, however everyone
will be moved to a Thursday debit.


When will I be debited?

Gregory Hills members will be debited from Payrix on Thursday 10 November. Minto members will
be debited Thursday 17 November.


Will I be debited twice in the same fortnight?

More detailed information will be coming out this Friday 4 November. This will include the new
payment schedule and any required pay adjustments.


Will you be taking upfront payments?And how will my payments to MindBody be transferred?

Yes we will still take upfront payments. More detailed information will be coming out this Friday 4
November.
