Rec Alley is more than simply providing a product or service. We have a strong desire to support children’s physical fitness and health given the below stats, according to the National health survey 2014-15 by the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
Rec Alley’s gymnastics classes are for anybody, regardless of age or fitness level. Through a range of developmental and progressive activity, you and/or your child can improve physical and mental capacity, while increasing overall confidence in a supportive environment
Kinder Gym
Develop your child’s early movement, balance, resilience and social skills through structured classes and activities. Kinder Gym caters classes for children 6 months to 5 years old with parental and/or caregiver involvement for children up to 4 years old
Recreation
With a progressive syllabus for children (bronze, silver and gold), parkour, trickers, adults and seniors classes there are plenty of fun class options to boost gymnastics skills with a healthy living, fitness and social twist. The Recreational program is kept fun and supportive, while incorporating Rec Alley’s core values. Classes are suitable for a wide range of ages from 5 to 105 year olds
Levels
Some children may want to take gymnastics to the next level. Rec Alley provides Levels classes for children who are eager to compete or learn higher skills, this program focuses on technique and strength whilst developing a higher overall skillset. Classes are available for children 5 to 12 years old (by selection)
Birthday Parties
Rec Alley birthday parties are a fun and alternative option for your child’s next party. With aged-based packages from 2 to 5 years, or 6 to 12 years, your child can experience the opportunity of being taught gymnastics based skills by our experienced coaches, in a fun and supportive environment.
