Alley Rec
With a progressive syllabus (bronze, silver and gold), children are taught specific gymnastics programs, with a strong fitness integration. The “Rec” program is kept fun and supportive, while incorporating Rec Alley core values

Rhythmic Gymnastics
Rhythmic Gymnastics is our newest recreational program that combines dance choreography, gymnastics and teamwork across 5 key apparatus (hoop, ball, rope, clubs and ribbon). Classes include Kinder Rhythmic Gymnastics (4 – 5 year olds), Junior Rhythmic Gymnastics – Team (5 – 8 year olds), Rhythmic Gymnastics Team (9 year olds +) and Rhythmic Gymnastics Skills (5 year olds +)
Participation ages: 4 years old and above
Class duration: 1 hour
Price: From $14.5 per hour
Please note: Prior gymnastics or dance experience not required
Team Gym
Team Gym is for all ages and abilities, providing performance opportunities within a team environment. The team will perform Acro floor routine, mini tramp and tumbling routines
Participation ages: 8 years old and above
Class duration: 1 hour
Price: $17.00 per hour
Please note: Prior gymnastics experience needed
Parkour
Parkour focuses on obstacle passing and tricking movements. Training generally includes; running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling and other movements. Classes include Junior Parkour (5 – 7 year olds) and Parkour (8 year olds +). Parkour classes are progressive and participants will be challenged to their level

Trickers
Rec Alley’s Trickers classes focus on multiple skills including; barani’s, back flips, front handsprings, summersaults and more. These classes are very social and a lot of fun. The classes combine elements of dance, acro and light tumbling. Classes include Junior Trickers (5 – 8 years old) and Trickers (9 years old +). The program is progressive and gymnasts will work towards acquiring new skills for their next level
