WELCOME TO RECABILITY
Recability focuses on the physical, social and emotional development of children with additional needs in a fun, inclusive, supportive and safe environment. Rec Alley aims to encourage confidence, physical literacy and improved motor skills through a mixture of structured activities, guided exploration, play-based learning and learning through movement.
RECABILITY CLASSES @ MINTO
Kinderbility is a 45 minute class for 3 to 5 year olds and includes parent/carer participation too. Coaches have an opportunity to focus on each child and parent/carer with a ratio of 1 coach to 6 children. Classes are modelled off Rec Alley’s Kinder Gym program with children enjoying structured play and free exploration whilst developing fine and gross motor skills and socialising with others.
Class duration: 45 minutes
Recability Bronze is a 1 hour class for children 6 to 13 with parent/carer participation too. The class ratio is 1 coach to 6 children plus their parent/carer ensuring that there is plenty of individual focus to support development. The class is modelled off our recreational gymnastics classes with plenty of fun activities utilising the gymnastics equipment and floor that will support gross and fine motor skill development. There’s plenty of socialising too!
Class duration: 1 hour
Recability Gold is a 1 hour class for children 6 to 13. This class is different to Recability Bronze in that it does not require parent/carer participation and is provides training on more advanced skills. The class ratio is 1 coach to 6 children ensuring that there is plenty of individual focus to support development. The class is modelled off our recreational gymnastics classes with plenty of fun and skills development.
