End of Year 2021
It’s a busy time of year and we have put together all of the key information you need to know about Rec Alley’s end of year key dates, including recommencing in 2022.
We’ve put together this information pack to help you navigate through the busy times and prepare for gymnastics classes in 2022.
Last classes for 2021 are on Thursday 23rd December, returning on Monday 10th January 2022.

Awards & Presentations | 13 December
This year Rec Alley Awards 2021 winners have been announced via YouTube.

In addition, medallions will be handed out during the week starting 13 December.
Payments Stop | Late December
Direct debits cease over the holiday period unless you have payments in arrears. Please speak with staff for any enquiries around your last billing day.
Summer Holiday Program | 29 December – 7 January
Rec Alley will host some FREE Summer Holiday Program workshops and activities for members from 29 Dec – 7 Jan.
Rec Alley members may attend either Rec Alley Gregory Hills or Rec Alley Minto activities, however, this only applies to those returning in 2022.
This year, you MUST book-in to the sessions to help us adhere to our covid-safety plans and guidelines.

Open Gym (5 yrs+) – 12:00pm – 2:00pm
Active Kids & Creative Kids Vouchers for 2021
Please forward your Active Kids & Creative Kids 2022 vouchers by 02 January 2021 to ensure they are redeemed as part of our registration renewal process for 2022. Please ensure to provide all of the voucher details accurately to ensure it is actioned in time for the registration period.

FIRST PAYMENTS FOR 2022
Annual registrations will be process between the 3rd and 9th January 2022. This is an annual fee that goes toward Gymnastics NSW affiliation/insurance for the 2022 period.
Registration fees for 2022 are:
Non competitive (all classes except levels) $79
Competitive (levels programs) $118
Your first fortnightly direct debit will be in the week commencing 10th January.
