Rhythmic Gymnastics classes available for gymnasts aged 4 and above

Rec Alley Gymnastics is offering RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS CLASSES. There are several classes to choose from ranging from Kinder Rhythmic Gymnastics through to Rhythmic Team.

Here is some brief information, times and prices for the various classes on offer:

KINDER RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS ( AGES 4 – 5)

This class is a beginner rhythmic gymnastics class allowing little gymnasts to learn basic gymnastics movements with 3 rhythmic apparatus (hoop, ball and ribbon). This class will be a musical, gymnastics based class helping children to learn and improve their fine and gross motor skills through movement and dance.

JNR RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS TEAM ( AGES 5 – 8 )

This class is a rhythmic team, performance based class for gymnasts to learn rhythmic gymnastics skills, throws, manipulations and partner collaborations.

RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS TEAM ( AGES 9 + )

This class is a rhythmic, performance based class for gymnasts to learn rhythmic gymnastics skills, throws, manipulations and partner collaborations.

BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED RG ( AGES 5+ )

These classes are for gymnasts 5+ to learn basic to advanced body technique, flexibility and rhythmic difficulties whilst using all the rhythmic gymnastics apparatus and understanding and moving to music.
