REVIEWED MAKE UP PROCEDURE

We’ve made adjustments to our early cancellation and make up lessons policy

This adjustment is a response to the current global COVID-19 epidemic and our efforts to keep our membership and club viable well into the future

Makeup lessons are an option with an extension to use them up throughout all of 2020

We understand families may not be comfortable with attending gymnastics during the current time and we are happy to extend makeup lesson credits across the entire 2020 year for any time off class between now (date), and 30 June 2020.

For example, if you early cancel a lesson for the next 3 weeks of classes, you will have until the end of December 2020 to make them up.

Furthermore, if you continue with your membership until 30 June 2020, we will provide you with the following as an additional thank you;

Free technical and skill-based workshops

Dedicated makeup class sessions in addition to our regular timetable

Free entry to Rec Alley’s annual competition

Free entry to Rec Alley’s end of year presentation event
