Greater Sydney Lockdown Update

Greater Sydney Lockdown & Rec Alley Update | Updated 14/07/2021

The Rec Alley team is now applying credits (for those charged) and suspending direct debits at this time.

Rec Alley classes will return Saturday 31 July, 2021 at the earliest.

All direct debits are now on hold. With a large number of members and a manual administrative process, the Rec Alley team will be working tirelessly to apply credits or suspend your direct debits. If by the rare and unfortunate circumstance you may have been charged, the Rec Alley team will ensure credits are provided on your return.

How does this work (example below)?

If you have been charged your account will be credited for when you return.

At this moment the team is manually placing direct debits on hold and you will not be charged.

Thank you for your support during this time

Rec Alley employs close to 50 local staff who ensure gymnasts and their families receive the best possible service. We thank you for your ongoing support during this difficult time and the team cannot wait to return to coaching kinder gym, gymnastics and parkour classes from Saturday, 31 July.

Inundated with enquiries, expect delays

The Rec Alley membership and management team have been inundated with enquiries. Due to the large volume we may not be able to respond to everyone in a timely manner.

We look forward to seeing you at Rec Alley once we reopen.
